The science of producing a sound casting involves close co-operation between the Client and the Foundry. Our input into pattern and casting design together with good foundry practice is the best solution to achieve a cost effective and sound casting.
Production
The production parameters for all castings produced are documented and provide traceability through our customised software which forms an integral part of our quality system.
Methoding
Methoding, ie the engineering to produce a quality casting, We employ extensive use of 3D modelling utilising IronCad software combined with solidification simulation utilising NovaSolid to ensure repeatable, high integrity castings are produced first time.
