Pushpa is an experienced professional engineer with background in the foundry, transport and construction industries. Pushpa has been with the team since 2023. As Austral Alloys Beforecast Manager, Pushpa leads all pre-production operations, implementing process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and client fulfilment.

Pushpa methods all jobs, conducting simulations to ensure all castings are produced to the highest quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.

In 2023, Pushpa was the recipient of the Young Achievers Award from the AFI.
