High Frequency grinders, Oxy-Acetylene and Thermal Lance techniques are used to remove the risers and runners etc. which are carefully identified for recycling back into our melting furnaces.
Hand and Pedestal grinders are used to complete final metal removal before final Heat Treatment and Shot Blasting.

Prime Coat painting of castings is also offered.
A prepared milled glass frit is baked at 750 deg C on to selected surfaces of castings. Pump parts that are vitreous enamelled give better volumetric and power performances. Enamelling can also provide aesthetic improvement and corrosion resistance.
